• Must have a checking account with BSJI.

• Complete and sign the Credit Card application form.

In case of requesting an additional card:

• The application form must be signed by the additional card holder.

• Include copy of a valid form of identification (Government Issued ID, driver license, passport, etc).

Choose one of the following options for payment purposes:

From your BSJI account:

• Payment application: download the attached credit card payment application, fill it, sign it and send it to contact@bsji.com from the email you have registered with Banco San Juan Internacional.

• Download here the credit card payment application form.

• Check: Indicate in the lower left side section (Memo Section): " Payment for card XXXX" ( only the last four digits of your Banco San Juan Internacional MasterCard credit card number).

From your account in other American banks:

• Check: with a checking account you have in a Bank within the United States of America, indicating in the lower left side (Memo Section): "Payment for card XXXX" ( only the last four digits of your Banco San Juan Internacional Credit Card number).

• Transfers: Send us a wire transfer and include in the instructions:
  Beneficiary: Banco San Juan Internacional.
  ABA: 0215 0228 6
  Account Number: 11020-80
  Reason: Payment Credit Card XXXX ( Only the last four digits of your Banco San Juan Internacional Credit Card Number).
